Factors Influencing Technology Usage among Event Attendees

The digital proliferation and business innovation where ICT plays an important role in enhancing event experiences, has transformed the industry to fundamentally deal with understanding attendees' experience at events. purpose of this study is examine factors that contribute technology usage among attendees how it influences them. A total 202 sets data were collected from management students UiTM Puncak Alam through a convenience sampling approach several online platforms. results analyzed using SPSS by conducting reliability analysis, correlation regression analysis. result found there was significant relationship between memorable perceived value, enjoyment usage. limitations, recommendations, implications suggested for future research.
